Instructions: Formula review and revision function

This guide explains how to use the formula review and revision function, a distinguishing feature of Calculator Advance / Calculator Advance Pro.

Tap the display after inputting the formula. The formula review window will appear. The window will display the formula in vertical format. You can use the vertical display to review the formula and check for mistakes. If the formula is too long to display on your screen, you can scroll up and down or use two fingers to spread/pinch and zoom in/out to improve visibility. If the formula needs to be revised, tap the number that you wish to correct. The number that you tapped will be displayed in red. A list of options will appear, so choose the method of revision that you wish to apply. A keyboard will appear after choosing an option. Use it to correct the number or change the basic arithmetic operations (+, -, x, ÷) before it.
